Cooling-Off Periods

Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is temporarily suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. The period cannot be shortened once activated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, JDUltra's self-exclusion tool lets you close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your loss limit is reached, JDUltra will prevent further wagers until the period resets. This tool helps you stay within a budget you are genuinely comfortable with.

Reality Check Reminders

Enable pop-up reminders that appear at regular intervals during your gaming session, showing you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. These gentle nudges help you stay aware of your activity and make informed decisions about continuing to play.
