1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JDUltra ("JDUltra," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jdultra.app ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with JDUltra, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, receipt of bonuses, and use of any feature or service offered through the Platform.

By completing the registration process on JDUltra, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of JDUltra, including registered players, visitors browsing the Platform, and any person accessing any part of the JDUltra service. If you are using JDUltra on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use JDUltra, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of JDUltra, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from JDUltra or any affiliated platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by JDUltra or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are opening an account for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for commercial or professional gambling purposes on behalf of a third party.

JDUltra reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by JDUltra may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on JDUltra. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on JDUltra, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. JDUltra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

JDUltra operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time JDUltra deems appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

JDUltra will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Delays in submitting required documents are the sole responsibility of the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JDUltra username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. JDUltra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify JDUltra immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JDUltra are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JDUltra supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your JDUltra account upon confirmation of receipt by JDUltra's payment processing systems. JDUltra does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. JDUltra reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. JDUltra aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the JDUltra account.

4.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to JDUltra is a breach of these Terms. JDUltra reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds withdrawn prior to the chargeback, and pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

JDUltra may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• JDUltra reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who JDUltra reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus exploitation — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on JDUltra, including God Fish Slicing, Shaolin Soccer, Fortune Snake, Kalaka Bingo, Color Game, Blackjack, and Megaways titles, operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. The RNG systems used by JDUltra are independently tested and certified to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by JDUltra or any third party.

Each game on JDUltra is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. JDUltra shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JDUltra and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on JDUltra;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the JDUltra Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JDUltra staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the JDUltra Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of JDUltra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of JDUltra.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JDUltra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the JDUltra Platform.

JDUltra's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JDUltra account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JDUltra does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

JDUltra collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on JDUltra, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. JDUltra complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

JDUltra will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the JDUltra Platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

11. Responsible Gaming

JDUltra is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on its Platform. JDUltra provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your JDUltra account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the JDUltra Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Suspension & Termination

JDUltra reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if JDUltra reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, JDUltra reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, JDUltra may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your JDUltra account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the JDUltra Platform shall first be submitted to JDUltra's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through JDUltra's internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

JDUltra reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JDUltra will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JDUltra Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
